Phase 3: Design Development

Based on your feedback, we refine the design. This involves making precise selections from the exact shade of carpet to the perfect finish on a cabinet. We bring the design to life by building a 3D model of your space, allowing us to test functionality and make any necessary tweaks before construction begins.

Phase 5: Construction Support

As your build commences, questions will inevitably arise. We believe it's crucial to be available for your builder and trades to address any questions or issues immediately. Our presence ensures the design intent is maintained and the build stays on track.

Phase 2: Concepts

This is where the excitement begins! We develop a cohesive concept for each room, outlining key design details that will guide the entire project. This phase establishes the overall aesthetic and direction.

Phase 4: Detailed Drawings and Pricing

With a solid plan approved, we create detailed drawings for all trades your trades (electricians, cabinet makers etc.) We also finalize the FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) documentation. These precise documents are essential for getting accurate pricing (tender) and preventing costly mistakes on-site.

Phase 6: Handover

Your project is complete, and it's time to enjoy your new space!

I'll conduct a final walk-through with you to ensure every detail is perfect. At this stage, I compile your comprehensive Handover Document. This essential booklet includes all the necessary information for your home: warranties, care and cleaning manuals, and instruction booklets. My goal is for you to feel organized and excited, not overwhelmed. Now, it's time to put your feet up and relax!
